Standard delivery is the same amount whether the parcel travels three kilometres or fifteen hundred, and it is free once your basket passes the threshold.
Every parcel is tracked from pickup to your door. If something goes wrong you reach our own team on Zalo, not a call centre in another country.

The South
Our warehouse is in Ho Chi Minh City, so the south is where we are fastest. Order before noon in District 1 and it can be at the door the same evening. Everything from the Mekong Delta up to Tây Ninh leaves the same day.
The Centre and the Highlands
Đà Nẵng, Huế and Nha Trang are on a daily line. The highland provinces around Đắk Lắk and Lâm Đồng follow one day later, and we ship the same rates there as anywhere else, because a family in Gia Lai should not pay more for the same box of diapers.
The North
Hanoi and Hải Phòng have their own express window, so an order placed in the morning is usually there the next day. The mountain provinces on the Chinese border take a day longer, and yes, that includes Điện Biên, Lai Châu and Cao Bằng.

Yes, cash on delivery is available in every province. You can also pay by bank transfer, VietQR, ZaloPay, VNPay or MoMo before the parcel leaves.
Same day or next day in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, one to two days across the south, two to three days for the centre and the highlands, and up to four days for the far northern border provinces.
